O Rock Festival é um Movimento pró Bandas de Rock iniciado em 1999 na cidade de Umuarama, e sempre teve como principal objetivo, ser um veículo para as bandas de rock de nossa cidade, promovendo de certa forma um intercambio cultural entre varias bandas (de diversos locais), das mais variadas vertentes do Rock.
